Case study - trial observation training (Khmer)


This case study was used in the Regional Trial Observation Training held in Bangkok in July 2008 with the support of the Open Society Institute.


The case study provides background on charges laid against a journalist who has been targeted for her criticisms of the judiciary and the government.
